Terms & Disclaimer

1. Acceptance
By using MonkCV ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. AI-generated content
MonkCV uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, cover letters, and interview questions. AI output can contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabrications. You must review every piece of output before using it — especially employer names, dates, qualifications, and factual claims. MonkCV is a drafting tool, not a substitute for your own judgement.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
MonkCV does not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS pass-through, or any other outcome. Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content you don't have the right to use
- Use the service to create misleading or fraudulent CVs
- Attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonkCV is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost opportunities, rejected applications, or employer disputes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the CV and job content you submit. MonkCV retains rights to its branding, code, and design. The output generated by the service is yours to use as you wish, subject to these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
